You will also have the opportunity to discover the nature of your own pastoral interventions.

In group supervision we will reflect and evaluate the effectiveness of your ministry, beginning to build on the things you do well and minimise the interactions that don’t adorn the gospel. You will be able to give and receive accurate feedback in a safe environment, building self-awareness and interpersonal sensitivity, practising pastoral skills and trying a variety of options for pastoral care.
